Rack Outfitters ships most items from Austin, Texas to residential and commercial addresses within the contiguous United States (as shown below).  We do not ship to APO/FPO/PO Boxes.

Fast Shipping

Most orders ship same day when placed by 3PM central time on business days.  If your order is not schedule to ship within one business day we will contact you with expected ship date.  


Fast, free shipping on everything that we can ship.  Most items ship UPS Ground, however, some small items may ship USPS Priority Mail.  For UPS 3-Day, 2-Day and Next Day, add products to the cart and click "Estimate Shipping" the system will list these ship methods and rates.

Oversized Freight Shipments

Your tracking information is automatically sent to the email address provided at login or checkout.  Typically, the tracking number will be active with the carrier the same or next business day at 5PM CT.


Signature is required on some orders. UPS My Choice [+] allows the addressee to sign online for eligible packages before a scheduled delivery.  If you’ve already missed a delivery, you can sign the back of your UPS notice and place it back where the driver left it.  Redirects using UPS My Choice services or UPS customer service is not an option, contact us if an address change is required after the order is submitted.


Email a description of the affected part using the name and part number from instruction sheet. Include a photo of the damage if at all possible, this can speed the resolution greatly.  Keep all packaging until damage claim is resolved.

Order Edit/Cancelation Requests

We make every effort to be as accommodating as possible, however, orders typically begin processing for shipping shortly after submitting, which may not allow for edits or cancelations. To request an edit or cancelation, please reply to your order confirmation with your request. A request is not guaranteed.
