Shipping Updates

With disruptions across all supply chains, not all orders will ship same or next business day as is our usual standard.

If we are unable to ship your complete order in five to seven business days, we will update your order status with the expected ship date based on information from the rack manufacturer. 

This status update can be found in your account under 'Order Details'.

Inquiry Response Times

Our email response time for order-related email inquires is usually within a few business hours.

Due to an unprecedented increase in inquires, we are unable to answer all incoming calls and emails.

Due to unpreceded sales volume and inquiries, our showroom is closed to allow staff to focus on fulfilling existing online orders.

Additionally, we have had to suspend curbside pickup and installation services suspended until further notice.

We encourage local area customers to place orders on the site with free delivery.

UPS Services
We have suspended expedited ship service as transit times are no longer guaranteed by UPS.
