This is a fit for the Toyota Tundra Crew Max 2007+. We've outfitted this vehicle with the Rhino-Rack Vortex, Quick Mount roof rack on RTS tracks.
This system includes the Vortex Aero load bars, in black, 59 inches in length, the RLT600 Legs, which included locks and the track bases. The front load bar position uses 10mm wedges to keep the load bar level on the sloping roofline.
The Vortex Aero crossbars are strong, extruded aluminum, with a box beam construction. There is an underbar slot to accommodate the leg and a full-length t-slot on the top of the bar to attach certain compatible accessories. Rubber vortex generating strips are included to cover the top of bar slot to minimize wind noise.
The Rhino-Rack RLT600 Quick Release Leg offers both security, with included locks, and the ability to remove your crossbars within seconds. With the locking cover removed, simply squeeze the two triggers inward and raise the system.
After removal of the rack system, Rhino-Rack includes a cover for each of the leg bases. These caps provide protection from debris entering the base and add a clean finish.
The roof rack attaches to the vehicle with custom-made RTS533 ditch channel mount tracks. The tracks are specifically engineered to fit perfectly flush into the Tundra ditch channel, which is the strongest area of the roof. The tracks are also driver, passenger side specific and front to back directional.
Rivets and butyl mastic patches are included for a strong, watertight connection. Track end caps complete the transition the tracks to the ditch trim. See the RTS533 track manual for complete details on installation.
The bars are positioned at 39 inches, maximum bar spacing is 41 inches. Total weight carrying capacity is 220 pounds, evenly distributed. There is no interference with the sunroof when equipped.
