Our Response to the COVID-19 Pandemic

In order to provide the safest and most effective work setting, we will begin offering curbside service only at our Austin, Texas location. Although we are open, we will be temporarily closing the main entrance to our showroom for walk-in traffic. One of our staff members will assist you outside.

Please note, our business hours are unchanged 10AM to 6PM CT Mon - Fri. and are subject to change. We kindly ask you to make an appointment for all install services.

Our store will continue to be disinfected several times throughout the day.

For vehicles requiring in-shop service, our staff has developed and implemented our own clean handling procedures designed for your protection, as well as ours.

Our staff, when handling your vehicle, vehicle keys and rack keys, will use disinfectine wipes on all hand contact surfaces.

For all clients, we will provide you with hand cleaning options and a clean pen and clipboard for all transactions.

We are in unprecedented times. Our best wishes are to you and your families as we navigate the days ahead together.


Curbside Pickup Procedures

Place your order on our site, you'll receive two pre-pickup emails, first is the order confirmation and second is the awaiting pickup email.  

The order must be picked up by the person who is named on the order, a bring government-issued photo ID, sorry, no exceptions, this is for the credit card holder's protection.  

Upon arrival for pickup, call us and confirm your order number, we'll come out and load up your items and take a photo of the ID.

Product Assembly and Installation Procedures

Contact us by phone or email to consult on the overall product selection, 

We will create a custom shopping cart that will include installation costs.  

We will coordinate with you on a scheduled installation day and time.

Upon arrival, call us at 512-441-7225, we will let you know which service bay we'll be using.

Present order-matching government-issued photo ID, no exceptions, this for credit card holder's protection.

We ask that you come alone if possible and wait in our lounge until the install is complete.

We will provide disinfectant wipes, spray. A face mask is required as per city orders.

If any further consultation is needed during installation it must be kept concise and at a six-foot distance.


Shipping Updates

With disruptions across all supply chains, we are efforting to ship your order to you as quickly as possible. 

This may mean your order ships from multiple warehouses. 

Most orders are fulfilled from Rack Outfitters in Austin, Texas. 

If an order or part of an order ships from a secondary warehouse, we will contact you before shipping your order to ensure this works with your timeframe.

All FORGED are currently backordered with an ETA sometime between May 15th – May 20th. FORGED 6 ½ wont be available until middle of JUNE.
