The Thule Raceway three bike carrier is the ultimate in rear mounted bike rack for vehicles that have no receiver hitch.  This rack fits a wide range of vehicles by attaching to the trunk or hatch using Thule's unique ratcheting cable system.  The cable system provides a secure attachment to the vehicle plus the FitDial locks for an effective theft deterrent for the rack.  Thule also includes an integrated cable lock which locks the outside positioned bicycle to the rack, thereby essentially locking the bikes positioned on the inside cradles.

Bikes are held in protective cradles and rubber straps at two points on the bicycle frame's top tube and a third anti-sway cradle and strap grip the bicycle's seat tube.  This three point bike attachment helps to keep bikes from swinging into each other or the vehicle.  The bike support arms are designed to accommodate a wide range of bicycles that have horizontal top tubes, a Thule Artificial Top Tube accessory may be necessary for some bikes that do not have a conventional frame.  The support arms easily fold down when not being use and the entire rack folds up to for storage between uses.
