The Thule 855 - Quickdraw secures your boat's bow and stern quickly and easily. A simple ratchet system lets you do away with cloths line and time-consuming knots. The 1/4 inch pulley and ratchet do all the work with ease. The steel hooks attach to the boat and vehicle. This is great for securing all types of long loads.  Polypropylene rope is 13 feet long.  Attachment loop straps help keep the metal hooks away from the boat.  See attached product manual for more details on strapping and use.
