The Thule 821XT Low Rider is a locking bicycle fork mount block that is designed to be mounted on virtually any flat surface. The blocks are commonly fastened to the metal surface of a truck bed or screwed into a board for a simple and strong transport method for bikes. The block is heavy-duty metal construction and is the only block of it's kind to provide four bolt holes and wide base for the best possible stability. The 9mm locking quick release skewer holds the fork in place for stable and secure bicycle transport. Carries one bike.
