The Thule 821 - Low Rider is an adaptable fork mount can be mounted to many surfaces for carrying or storing your bike. It consist of a heavy duty metal construction. A four bolt holes and wide base design for maximum stability. The hardware is not included as there are many possible fastening methods. The powder coated finish does not fade like anodized finishes can. The 9mm quick release skewer clamps to the fork securely.  The open center area of the block allows cable locks to pass through providing a good lock down point.
