The Thule 611 - Boxter Premium 18 Cubic Foot Cargo Box combines European-inspired design with the strongest, most aerodynamic box design giving you the perfect combination of style, protection and security.  The two-tone, high-gloss automotive finish combines style and durability.  The superior aerodynamic, low profile design minimizes wind drag for greater fuel efficiency and reduces wind noise to an absolute minimum. 

The reinforced base and lid provide rigidity and maximum durability.  Smooth, effortless one-handed opening and closing with with specially designed lid lifters, raised outer handle and integrated interior pull strap.  The lid is dual-Side opening for convienent access from either side of the vehicle and the SecureLock™ ensures that all gear is locked and box is properly closed before the key can be removed.  Two One-Key™ Locks are include secure box contents and lock the box to the roof rack cross bars.  

Power-Click™ mounting system features a soft-touch grip surface, it takes up minimal room in the box and automatically indicates when it’s tightened properly.  The mounting attachments slide in a track to more easily set up with the vehicle's load bars.  The Power-Click™ claws attaches to virtually all load bars up to 35mm or 1-3/8th inch thick and 80mm or 3-1/8th inches wide for fast, easy, tool-free installation and removal. 

The Boxter offers the best rear hatch clearance of any 18 cubic foot box with an expanded box-to-rack mounting area.  A storage cover is included to protect and maintain box appearance when box is stored.  The Thule Boxter carries 18 cubic feet or up to 110lbs of cargo per box and measures 87 inches in length 36 inches wide and 15 inch tall.  The Boxter will hold six to eight pair of skis, max length 215 cm or four to six snowboards.  The Boxter weighs in at 54 pounds.
