The Thule 530 - Quick Loop Straps provides anchor points for bow and stern tie downs on vehicles without undercarriage attachment points.  Installs easily by placing under hood or trunk and closing the hood or trunk over the strap leaving the loop protruding through the edge to provide a secure attachment point for the tie downs.
