The Thule 4602 - Podium Foot with Kit 3101 - Set of 2 is one component of a half base rack for specific vehicles with factory tracks, load bar sold separately.  A Podium 3101 Half Fit Kit, is included to interface between the two  Podium feet and Thule tracks or many factory installed tracks, check the Thule Fit Guide to confirm your fit.  When configured with a single Thule rectangular steel load bar you'll have a low profile load support to be paired up with another load bar such as the Thule GoalPost.
