The Thule 450R - Rapid Crossroad Foot Pack is one component of a complete base rack for specific vehicles with factory raised side rails.  Strong, low profile rubber coated stainless steel bands wrap under the vehicle's side rail and provide a custom fit and rail protection.  The Rapid Crossroad is easy to install turning the integrated handle with built-in hex wrench, no additional tools are needed.  One fastener tightens the band to the vehicle's raised side rail and tighens the foot to the load bar simultaneously.
