Shipping Time-In-Transit
The map above displays the UPS Ground business days in transit from our location in Austin, Texas.  Transit days do not include the pickup day. If a business day falls on a UPS observed holiday your shipment will continue after the observed holiday.  For the most accurate time-in-transit information visit the UPS Time-in-Transit page.

Most orders placed by 3PM central time on business days ship that same day.  If your order is not schedule to ship within one business day we will contact you with expected ship date.

Free Shipping Details
Rack Outfitters offers free UPS Ground shipping on orders over $99, this offer excludes cargo boxes which have flat ship rates shown on each product's detail page.  See our Returns Page for important details regarding free shipping and returns.

Your tracking information is automatically email to the email address provided at login or check out.

Shipping Damage Claims
Save all packaging and have product available for carrier inspection. Claims cover the specific damaged part, not necessarily the entire product.
1. Email a description of the damage, using part number or part name from manual.
2. Email a photo of the damaged part, this will greatly speed resolution of a damage claim.
3. Further details and instructions will be provided after the initial information is reviewed.
