To insure we meet your cargo box purchase and delivery expectations the following terms and conditions must be accepted, processing of order is pending acceptance.

- Cargo boxes are shipped by truck freight, delivery location must be freight truck accessible.

- Cargo boxes are shipped to verified physical addresses in the contiguous USA only.

- Cargo boxes ship directly from Thule via best freight carrier, to be determined based of delivery location.

- Scheduled ship dates, delivery dates and times are estimates, allow up to 14 business day delivery time.

- Tracking information link will emailed when cargo box is ready to ship and delivery progress should be monitored online.

- Recipient must be available on the delivery day to inspect, accept and sign for the delivery.

- Upon delivery, if the shipping box is damaged to an extent that the contents is unacceptable, refuse the delivery and contact us.

- Delivery is curb service, delivery drivers are not responsible for additional portage or disposal of shipping box and packaging.

- Once accepted from the carrier, cargo box sales are final, no returns, refunds, credits or exchanges are allowed.

- Rack Outfitters facilitates any warranty claims according to manufacture's warranty guidelines.
