This video shows an Audi Q5 with the factory cross bars equipped with a Yakima BowDown kayak rack and the Yakima ShowBoat kayak load assist roller bar. The both products have mounting hardware that attaches to most factory cross bars right out of the box. The Showboat enables easier kayak loading by putting a rubberized roller up to 24 inches back from the rear cross bar. This keeps the kayak from rubbing on the vehicle and smoothly rolls the boat up to rack height.
